Our client Paul Barker, CEO & Owner of Pauli’s restaurant in Boston’s North End, wanted to get to the bottom of the age-old debate, do you prefer your lobster roll cold or warm, with butter or mayo? We put our heads together and came up with the Lobsta’ Challenge! From June 2015 through September 30th, 2015 Barker invited everyone from locals, tourists, passersby’s– the entire neighborhood– to vote for their favorite style lobster roll! Paul collected entries in the lobsta’jar on the front counter, and everyone who voted was entered to win the ultimate Lobsta’Cation put together by Paul Barker himself!
The Lobsta’Cation was a one night stay for two in Oqunquit, Maine. Before departure the winner stopped by Pauli’s to pick up a gas card and two lobster rolls to go for the road trip. Once in Ogunquit they were treated to a lobster boat tour out of Perkins Cove! The lucky winner of the trip was, Danielle Adams! PS: If you’re a lobster lover, you haven’t lived until you’ve tried Paul’s USS Lobstitution, New England’s largest lobster roll made with a whopping 24oz. (1 ½lbs) of meat!
